Preparation: 5 minutes
- 250g rolled oats
- 1 Tbs goji berries
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1 Tbs cinnamon
- 300ml water
- 1 Tbs LSA mix
- Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the water and refrigerate overnight.
- Fold through LSA mix just before serving.
- Add warm water and stand for 10 minutes to absorb if serving immediately. May also cover and microwave for 2 minutes on “High”.
- Add milk (dairy or plant-based) in lieu of water.
- Add yogurt and/or fruit of choice for a more substantial breakfast.
